SUPER THIN HONEYCOMB

It is a sheet of super thin marble slab coupled under a unique vacuum pressured process with sheets of various other materials with a single or a combination of materials like aluminium honeycomb, stone etc. Besides strengthening the marble, this enables the product to be used in applications which is considered impossible.

Raw materials

• Surface stone: different kinds of granites and marbles as per the customer’s option
• Aluminium plates A3003H24 aluminum plates produced by the South-west Aluminum Factory or the quality aluminum coated steel plates imported from Australia.
• Aluminum honeycombs, meet the American Aeronautical Industrial Standards
• Adhesives: the special cementing agents sprayed with micro-computer controlled agitating and spraying system.
• Pre-inserted bolt, filled with the special double component cementing agent.
