NATURAL STONE 'N' HONEYCOMB
Super thin honeycomb panels are manufactured with natural marbles with the help of slicing machines that can cut into slices of 3.5mm and composed them with aluminum honeycomb by the high end aeronautical technologies. The final product can retain the look of the natural stones while the drawbacks of the natural stones such as fragility and heavy weight can be overcome. The products also don’t have higher impact resistance and tensile strength due to the transition layer of A3003H24 aluminium plate between the stone veneers and the aluminium honeycomb. These products have reached the updated international standards and are now widely used for cladding of walls and the interior and exterior decorations of the constructions. This is one of the most advance environment protection materials in the present world.

Feature of super thin honeycomb panels
The standard panel weigh only 16 kg per sq.mtr. The same weight of 6mm glass and only 1/5th of the weight of the stone panels with the same thickness.
Impact resistant : the impact resistance is 10 times greater than the granite panel of 3 cm.
No strength decreasing occurs after 120 acid freezing-melting tests.
Good sound and head insulation, Low pricing and easy operation.
Stones
Almost any kind of marble available. Changes of colour and veining are natural features of the stone and are among its qualities.
Surface finish
Slab surface is pre-polished and also available with mirror finish
Flexibility of use
Slabs can be cut, drilled and placed on site with traditional equipments and can easily be prefabricated due to the high structural quality and ease to handling composite panels. Reincorcement panel of alminium honeycomb is very light in weight. Even in large panels, slabs resist high pressure despite being very light weight. Because of its strength, it is self supporting, highly resistant to impact and pressure. Moreover it will not bend or deflect. The slab surface is pre-polished.
